Field

Description

NAME

Displays the name of the task as imported from IGC™.

DESCRIPTION

Displays a description of the task.

TYPE

Displays the task type:

  • Application - Identifies tasks that gather, enter or make changes to data using pages in the Content WebApp for preparation to send to the system(s) of record.
  • Display - Identifies tasks that can be viewed but cannot be changed.
  • Review - Identifies tasks that evaluate and review data, either approving or rejecting all changes made within the execution of a request.
  • Post - Identifies tasks that post data to a target system, after the Application and Review roles have been completed.

Use Existing Tasks

Click to open the Conduct Task Assignment to IGC Task page to assign a dspConduct™ task to the selected IGC™ task.

Create New Task

Click to open the New Conduct Tasks page to create a task based on a page that exists in the Content WebApp or a new page added to the Content WebApp.

Refer to Design Pages in System Administration for more information.

NOTE: The only page types that can be developed for tasks that are imported into dspConduct™ from IGC™ are Dynamic and Header Detail. Refer to Register a Dynamic Page and Add a Header Detail page in System Administration for more information.

Roles

Click to open the IGC Task Roles page to view the roles to which the IGC™ task is assigned.

Name

Displays the name of the task as imported from IGC™.

Displays the task type:
